***Large heavy items such as Baths, Large Vanities and Large Mirrored Cabinets will only be delivered to your street by our courier service, you will need to provide assistance yourselves (suggest two mature adults) if you have stairs or you live in a unit complex .

Some items can be on back order please allow up to 2-3 weeks for back ordered items.

Custom Vanity's have a 3 week build time and please advise us on colour's and handles once the order has been received.

Coloured Tap ware could take up to 12-14 weeks production.

We Use TNT and Australia Post for all our shipping , you will receive a Tracking number once it is shipped.

If the item is returned to us a re-shipping charge will occur if you still require the goods. Accent Bath will find the cheapest possible shipping rate and will require the consumer to pay the required re-delivery.

All goods must be checked for damages or missing items within 24 hours of receiving. After this time no claim for damaged goods will be accepted.

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods can only be claimed if the "Route insurance policy" was selected with the purchase. We RECOMMEND that you take out the extra insurance for all items.

  • Accent Bath must be notified within 24 hours of acceptance of goods, and the extent of the damage needs to be reviled.
  • Clear Photos are required of both the box and the damage of the product.
  • We will then lodge a claim on you're behalf with our insurer
  • The time for replacement of the damaged part is handled by our insurer, this will take time for assessment but will be in touch asap

All damage claims will be handled on a case by case basis and is at the sole discretion of our insurer.

**Customers without "route Insurance" are unfortunately ineligible for any assistance from our insurance service.**

 

Returning of Goods

Goods returned to Accent Bath for change of mind or you have ordered incorrectly, will only be accepted on the below conditions:

  • Accent Bath must be notified within 24 hours of acceptance of goods, of intent to return items.
  • No returns or exchanges for custom ordered coloured tapware.
  • No returns for custom coloured Vanity units.
  • Must be returned BEFORE 7 days of original purchase.
  • Goods must be returned in full ie. No missing parts.
  • Goods/ Packaging must be in a saleable condition.

    These Conditions Apply to ALL Returns:

    • 30% restocking fee applies for all items returned or cancellations.
    • NO returns of special orders ie. Custom made vanities, or sale and clearance items.
    • A freight surcharge will apply where an item with shipping weight exceeds 10kg is to be returned to supplier. The freight will be calculated by Accent Bath and is payable by the customer returning items.Accent Bath is not responsible for the return to sender freight costs.
    • A full refund will only be applied if goods are deemed not fit for purpose or an alternative cannot be offered. If the alternative is deemed unsuitable, a store credit will be offered.

    All returns will be handled on a case by case basis and is at the sole discretion of Accent Bath.

    Accent Bath also has the right to cancel any order and provide FULL refund if the product is -

    • Unavailable to Accent Bath
    • Not fit for sale
    • Incorrect Pricing
    • Incorrect wording
    • Incorrect description 
    • Out of stock.
